Ways to Give

The Foundation provides a wealth of benefits to those in the franchise industry. Support of the IFA Franchise Education and Research Foundation is showing support to the Franchise industry overall. The many programs offered by the Foundation serve to help develop all aspects of the franchise industry.

  • By supporting research, franchisors can expect that both the legislative and judicial systems to become more informed and base decisions on facts rather than rhetoric.

  • By supporting the certification program for business executives, franchisors can ensure that corporate decision makers are familiar with the many facets of franchising and demonstrate their leadership in the industry.

  • By supporting the next generation in franchising, franchisors are helping to develop entrepreneurship and knowledge of the franchise business model to the next generation to create a pipeline for future franchisees, franchisors, and suppliers.

  • By supporting the VetFran program, franchisors are assisting veterans, military spouses and wounded warriors to join the franchise industry as employees or franchisees.

  • By supporting the Diversity Institute, franchisors can support the availability of educational and franchise opportunities for women, minorities and others seeking careers in franchising.

  • By supporting the Franchising Gives Back program, franchisors celebrate the endless contributions of time and money for community support and charitable activities and community leadership demonstrated in the franchise industry.

Looking to the future, the threats to our industry and the opportunities to make franchising even better, will not go away. We need to support the work of our Foundation, including industry research, our Certification Programs, and our outreach efforts through VetFran and the IFA Diversity Institute
