This program will support the award of a scholarship and a travel stipend (up to $1500) to attend the IFA Annual Convention. Scholarship candidates must be U.S. citizens enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university, with a major or primary focus in one or more of these areas of study - business, finance, marketing, food service, hospitality, franchising, or entrepreneurship. The Foundation and the Stewart and Jane Bainum Fund of the Community Foundation have paired to sponsor this competitive one-time award to be presented annually. Additionally, the individual selected will receive a complimentary registration to attend IFA's Annual Convention and will receive a travel stipend (up to $1500) to attend. The Irl Marshall CFE scholarship award of $2,500. The total amount of this scholarship will be applied toward the tuition for programs offered for ICFE credit and must be used within a three-year period.
