We are excited to share that the IFA Foundation is now officially home to the Hispanic-Latino Franchise Leadership Council. Our volunteer Chair is Au Bon Pain President Ericka Garza. "We look forward to supporting the Hispanic-Latino community within Diversity Institute alongside the Pride Council and Black Franchise Leadership Council in order to increase networking, storytelling, public outreach & education and – ultimately – minority entrepreneurship and diversity in franchising," said Rikki Amos, Executive Director, IFA Foundation.
