NEW PARTNERSHIP OFFERS THE CERTIFIED FRANCHISE EXECUTIVES PROGRAM IN BRAZIL
Washington, March 3, 2017—The IFA Franchise Education and Research Foundation’s (FERF) Institute of Certified Franchise Executives (ICFE) and the Brazilian Franchise Association (ABF) are pleased to announce a new partnership that will bring the Certified Franchise Executives TM Program (CFE) to Brazil on an exclusive basis.

This partnership will allow for increased access to the full CFE curriculum for ABF members and others. The ABF headquarters, complete with theater-style classrooms, offers the capability for facilitating extensive CFE course content.  Under the partnership, ABF and ICFE will cooperate to offer educational programs on a wide range of franchising topics in one of the world’s fastest growing international markets.

“We are excited to join with ABF to offer the CFE program in Brazil and to promote franchise education and professional development throughout South America and the world,” said John Reynolds, CFE, Foundation President.

"We are very proud of having signed this agreement with the ICFE. This partnership will pave the way for Brazilian franchise executives to conveniently access franchise educational information and make it easier to earn CFE credits and become certified franchise executives,” said Altino Cristofoletti, President of ABF.

The mission of the Certified Franchise Executive program is to enhance the professionalism of franchising by certifying the highest standards of quality training and education.  Other franchise associations have also joined with the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives to offer the CFE program in their country, including Australia, India, Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan.
